How did it all begin? "You can send anything as a postcard as long as it has postage on it." We had heard that for the first time quite a few years ago. On a long Scandinavian summer night, by a lonely lake in the middle of the forests of Sweden, we decided to put this rumor to the test: We sent our greetings on found pine boards, unsure if they would reach their destinations. They arrived. But what surprised us even more was the enthusiasm that these first wooden postcards caused our friends and relatives. The idea for holzpost was born!
