Preparation:
The hemp tea tastes best when you pour about 2g (1-2 teaspoons) per cup with sparkling hot water and let it steep for 6 to 16 minutes, depending on your taste. Then refine with a squeeze of lemon and a teaspoon of honey or enjoy 100% pure, depending on taste ;-)

TIP: Let me infuse for 6 minutes, then you are top fit and ready for bed at 16 minutes!
