The frying mixture is quickly prepared and goes well with a variety of dishes from hearty to sweet.

Lentil Bratlinge BASIC RECIPE:
500g package contents is enough for about. 15 Bratlinge Pack contents in a bowl, mix with 850ml lukewarm water to a liquid dough and leave to swell for 20 minutes. Using a ladle, pour the batter into a frying pan and fry in hot fat until golden brown. Turn the fritter only when the surface has toasted.

If the package is opened, shake the ready-made mixture once before use.

Tip: Mix some finely chopped vegetables into the prepared batter before frying.
