Meet GANGES, the eco-friendly unisex low-top derby sneakers made with recycled materials. These sustainable sneakers feature a 100% recycled PET upper made with plastic collected from the ocean and post-consumer plastic. The shoes are lined with 100% recyclable OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified microfibre manufactured in a system free of CO2 emissions. This material is hypoallergenic, antibacterial and antimicrobial, preventing the development of odours. The sole is made from 100% recycled rubber, offering good slip resistance. The padded collar and tongue along with the flexible soles make these comfortable sneakers perfect to wear both indoors and outdoors. Beautifully hand-made in Portugal in a fair work environment. It is estimated that at least 8 million tons of plastic will end up in our oceans every year - the equivalent to a garbage truck full of plastic per minute. To address this issue, we launched RE-MOVE, a project that offers sustainable footwear made with recycled plastic from the ocean and other recycled materials. Available in Black and Grey.
