Bio Spelt Grain Chamber Pillow
The spelt grain chamber pillow works like a dry hot water bottle. The mode of action is based on the fact that absolutely dry spelt is charged with heat and delivers it specifically to the affected parts of the body. In addition, spelt does not cool down as much as the water in a conventional hot water bottle.

The filling is distributed over four separate chambers. Through this, the grains, even with the most varied positions of the pillow, always distribute over the entire surface.

Application:
The pillow is best heated in the oven at max 150 °C. If less heat is needed, it can also be placed on the heater. You can also use the spelt grain chamber pillow well for application as a cold compress. In this case, you cool it down accordingly in the freezer or refrigerator. To prevent it from getting damp, it should be protected with a plastic cover in the refrigerator. For hygiene reasons, the pillow can be provided with a washable cover (cotton).
