Bio lentil cookies without added sugar 225g
Prepared mixture for about 30 without added sugar
BASIC RECIPE: Put package contents (225g) in a bowl, add 70g alternative sweeteners and mix with 100ml lukewarm water (for liquid sweeteners correspondingly less water) and 40ml oil.
Let swell for 30 minutes. Portion the dough with a teaspoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 min at 180°C (convection oven 170°C).
VARIANTEN: Sunflower oil can be replaced by coconut fat - refine with cranberries or raisins as desired.
