Who is Vegan Basics suitable for?

Everything a vegan needs
TNT Vegan Basics contains a large number of important vitamins and minerals. It contains vitamins A, B12, B2, D and K. The minerals contained in TNT Vegan Basics are iron, iodine, calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc, creatine monohydrate and choline. This means you can ensure maximum intake by specifically supplementing your daily diet with TNT Vegan Basics.

Vegan diets are generally characterized by predominantly healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables. Nevertheless, the pure vegan diet often reveals deficiencies in certain vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin B12:
Perhaps the best-known deficiency among vegans is vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is mainly found in animal products, especially meat. Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to cognitive problems and anxiety.(2)

Vitamin A:
Vitamin A is important for healthy skin, bones, teeth and eyesight, among other things. Although it is also found in plant foods in the form of the precursor beta-carotene, vitamin A as such is also mainly found in animal products, where it is also more readily available. (3)

Vitamin D:
Vitamin D is important not only for vegans, but also for maintaining the immune system and optimal bone formation. With 25μg (1000IU), we have ensured a basic intake.

Vitamin K:
Vitamin K is found mainly in dark green vegetables such as spinach and broccoli. Together with vitamin D, it is the perfect combination for transporting calcium throughout the body. As a result, bone construction is possible without calcium deposits in the arteries. (4)(5)

Calcium:
Calcium is the building block of your bones, and is found mainly in dairy products.

Magnesium:
Magnesium is a mineral and electrolyte that athletes are very familiar with. Magnesium deficiency can lead to increased blood pressure and reduced glucose tolerance.

Selenium:
Selenium plays an important role as an antioxidant, in the immune system, in sperm formation and in thyroid hormone production. Selenium is mainly found in foods of animal origin.

Zinc:
Zinc is an essential mineral widely recognized in the sporting world. Deficiency can lead to poor insulin sensitivity and reduced testosterone levels. Effects on the immune system are also important.

Choline:
Found mainly in egg yolks. Choline is known to reduce fatty liver and improve cognition.

Creatine monohydrate (Creapure®):
Creatine is the most unusual ingredient in Vegan Basics. Creatine is found mainly in meat and is best known for increasing strength. But there is also evidence to suggest that creatine (in insufficient quantities in the body) can also improve cognitive performance. (1)(6)

As creatine can sometimes cause problems when taken on an empty stomach, Vegan Basics indicates that it should be consumed with a meal. Creatine can cause water retention in muscles, which is noticeable on the scale. A weight increase of 0.5 to 1 kg is therefore likely. Naturally, we've used only the best raw materials from Creapure® ;. This is characterized by extreme purity and control.

Even as part of a well-balanced, well-designed vegan diet, the need for important vitamins and minerals is even higher, especially for athletes.

But it's also during a diet that TNT Vegan Basics makes sure your body doesn't suffer from vitamin and mineral deficiency. Indeed, during a diet, you may not consume all or some vitamins and minerals in sufficient quantities, due to a weaker or more unbalanced diet. TNT Vegan Basics makes it easy for you to supply your body with all the important vitamins and minerals, providing the perfect complement to your normal diet. It also increases your creatine levels.
